Pvr Cinemas

We are the folks at Pvr Cinemas and our place is at Rz-65 in New Roshan Pura. This is way out in Najafgarh, New Delhi. If you have ever been to Najafgarh, you know it has its own vibe, very different from the center of the city. It is a bit more dusty and the roads can be a real mess, but it is where we are. We spend our days around the screens and the sound systems. Working in a cinema means you get used to the smell of popcorn sticking to your clothes even after you go home. We do not have any fancy corporate offices here, just the booth and the halls where people come to watch their movies. It is a lot of manual work, cleaning up after shows and making sure the projectors are running like they should. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up and we have to scramble to fix it before the next crowd shows up. We are not a big flashy team, just local people who live around here and work the shifts. New Roshan Pura is a busy spot and we see all kinds of people coming through our doors. We do not try to be anything we are not. We just show the films and keep the place going. It is a noisy, busy job but we are used to it by now. That is just how life is for us at the cinema in Najafgarh.
