P.V.R Cinemas

We operate out of House Number 299 in the Shah Pur Jat area. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know it’s full of narrow streets and old buildings. It’s a very creative and busy neighborhood. We handle a lot of the cinema management and back-end work from here. It’s not a big corporate tower. It’s a regular house that we’ve turned into our workspace. We have desks tucked into corners and stacks of posters leaning against the walls. We spend our days coordinating with theater managers and looking over film schedules. It’s busy work. Shah Pur Jat has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it. Sometimes it’s hard to find a parking spot or the delivery bikes block the way, but that’s just life here. We don't have a polished mission statement or anything fancy. We just like movies and we work hard to make sure they get shown correctly. We know the local shopkeepers and often grab a snack from the place next door. Our office might be a bit messy with files, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the daily grind. It’s about getting the work done so people can enjoy their time at the movies. We don't try to sound like a big corporation; we’re just people working in a house in a historic Delhi village.
