You can find us at 42A/13 in Dilshad Garden. This part of Delhi is always full of movement, and our freight business fits right in with that. We have trucks coming and going at all hours, or at least as much as the local traffic rules allow. The office is a busy spot where we track where the drivers are and what they are hauling across the country. It’s a lot of phone calls to people in different states and checking the weather to see if the roads are clear. We don't have a fancy lounge for clients; usually, people just stand by the desk while we sort out their receipts and delivery notes. The furniture is a bit old and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are more focused on the logistics than the decor. We’ve got a small crew who knows how to handle the heavy lifting and the complicated schedules. Dilshad Garden is a good base for us because it’s close to the borders, making it easier to get the big vehicles out of the city. There is always a layer of dust on everything from the tires and the wind, but that’s just the nature of transport work. We work long hours, especially when a shipment is running late, but that’s just how the freight life goes for us every single day.
