Punjabi Restaurant

Punjabi Restaurant is located in Flat No.16 on the third floor. This is in the LIG building in New Delhi, area code 110075. It is a bit of a different spot for a restaurant because it is inside a residential block. You have to come up to the third floor to find us. We have been here for a while now. The kitchen is the heart of the place. We spend all day in there preparing the food. It is a small space, so things can get a bit crowded when we are busy. We don't have any fancy waiters or a big dining hall. It is more like eating at someone's house. We use simple ingredients and cook things the way we've always known. The LIG flats are full of people, so there is always noise and activity around us. We have a few tables set up for those who want to eat here, but many people just take the food home. We don't have a big sign on the main road, so most of our customers are people who live in the building or nearby. We keep the place clean but it is very basic. No decorations or expensive lights. We just focus on the cooking. It is a lot of work to keep things running from a third-floor flat, but we enjoy it and keep the stoves going for the neighborhood.
