You can find us at number 910 in Sector 8 of R.K. Puram. It’s a pretty well-known part of New Delhi, and we’ve been serving food here for some time. We aren’t a fancy place with white tablecloths and stiff waiters. We just focus on the food and making sure people get fed. The kitchen is always busy, and you can usually smell whatever is cooking as soon as you get close to the door. We do a lot of traditional dishes that people around here like. It gets really crowded during the lunch and dinner rush, so things can feel a bit chaotic. Sometimes the service is a little slow when every table is full, but we’re all working as fast as we can. We have a lot of regulars from the neighborhood who come in just for a quick bite or to take something home. The furniture is simple, and the lighting isn't anything special. It's just a place to eat good food without any of the extra nonsense. We spend most of our day prepping ingredients and cleaning up. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot, but we like seeing people enjoy what we’ve made. There’s no big secret to what we do; we just use the recipes we know and keep the kitchen running. It’s a local spot for local people, and that’s exactly how we like it.
