Punjab Grill Restaurent

You can find our Punjab Grill Restaurent at A-97 in the Bhel Township area of Jagdishpur. Since we are in an industrial zone, we get a lot of people who work in the factories nearby. It is a bit out of the way if you aren't living or working in the township. Sultanpur is the nearest big town, so it’s a bit of a journey for some. The restaurant is a busy place, especially when the shifts change at the industrial plants. We have big tandoors that stay hot all day, which makes the kitchen quite warm. We spend our time chopping vegetables, marinating meat, and making sure the plates are clean. It’s not a fancy city place with dim lights and soft music. It is more of a place where people come to eat a good meal before going back to work. We have some fans running to keep the air moving, but it still gets stuffy when the place is full. The staff mostly lives around here, so we all know each other pretty well. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just put the food on the table and hope people like it. The floors are stone and easy to wash down at the end of the night. It’s hard work, but we are used to the rhythm of the industrial area and the folks who visit.
