Ptrans Freight Systems is based over in Rampura, New Delhi. We are tucked into the LIG Flats at 90 B. It is a busy little corner of the city. We have been operating out of here for a while. Dealing with freight is hard work. Sometimes it gets pretty stressful with all the deadlines. We spend our days talking to drivers and checking on shipments. We also have to make sure the paperwork is actually correct for once. It is not the kind of job where you wear a suit. We don't sit in a shiny office. We are usually surrounded by stacks of files and the sound of trucks nearby. New Delhi traffic is always a challenge for us. We’ve learned the shortcuts over the years. We are a small team. Everyone does a bit of everything here. There is no one too important to answer the phone or help out when things get busy. We don’t have a big mission statement. We just want to make sure the boxes get where they need to go on time. If a customer is happy because their stuff arrived safe, then we’ve had a good day. It’s practical work for practical people. We are fine with that. It keeps us going day after day. We just focus on moving things from one place to another without a lot of talking or complicated systems.
