You can find us over at 8A Navkala Apartments in I.P. Extension. It is a residential area, so it feels a bit different from a typical office district. We are based at Plot 14 in Delhi 92. Working out of an apartment building means we see the same neighbors every day and it has a more relaxed vibe than a high-rise building. At Psyche Hospitality, we deal with a lot of different things related to the hospitality trade. Our days are filled with emails, spreadsheets, and coordinating with various vendors. Sometimes the living room area gets taken over by boxes or new equipment we are checking out. It is a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to managing the accounts. We don't have a big reception desk or a fancy lobby. We just have our desks pushed together and a lot of passion for what we do. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on the finer details of a project. We usually grab lunch from the local shops nearby. People sometimes wonder how we manage such a big-sounding business from a flat, but it works for us. It keeps things simple and honest. We just focus on the work and making sure our clients are taken care of properly. There is always something happening, whether it’s a new site to look at or a problem to solve.
