Psk Restaurant, Delhi

We run Psk Restaurant over here in Rajinder Nagar, Shahibabad. We are tucked away in Flat No. 401 at Plot No. 2/108. It isn't a massive place with a big neon sign out front or anything like that. It's more like a kitchen where we spend most of our time cooking and getting things ready for people who live nearby. Delhi is always so busy, and this part of Shahibabad is no different. We start early in the morning, usually when it's still a bit cool, to get the prep work done. My cousin helps out with the shopping, getting the vegetables and whatever else we need from the local market. The building itself is just a regular residential plot, so it feels very local. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work right, and we have to carry bags up the stairs, which is quite a workout. We don't really have a big staff or a fancy manager. It is just a few of us making sure the food is okay and that we don't run out of ingredients. We get a lot of workers and students coming by. It's not a place for a fancy dinner party, but it's good for a quick meal. We don't do much in terms of advertising because we don't really know how to. Most people just find us by walking past or hearing about us from someone else in the block. It’s just simple work.
