Proximity (P) Services (Icici Bank Dsa)

Proximity (P) Services operates as a DSA for ICICI Bank out of G-212, Street No.1 in Jagjeet Nagar. This is in the New Usmanpur area of Delhi. It’s a bit of a maze back here in these streets, and Street No. 1 is just like any other narrow Delhi road with lots of life. We have a small office on the ground floor. It’s packed with desks and mountains of paperwork because that is the nature of the banking business we do. We help people with their loan applications and all the documents that the bank needs to see. It isn't a high-rise office with a nice view. Usually, we can hear the motorbikes and the street vendors right outside our window while we work. Jagjeet Nagar is a tight-knit community, and many of the people who come to us are from the neighborhood nearby. We don't use any big words or complicated marketing talk. We just sit here and process the files as they come in. The office is a bit cramped, especially when we have several customers inside at once, but we manage. We’ve got a small kettle for making tea in the afternoon, and that’s about the extent of our luxuries. It’s just a group of us working hard to get the bank stuff sorted for everyone who walks through the door. It is honest work in a very busy, crowded part of the city.
