Programm Manager In Bussiness Development

This setup is based at B-166 on Street No.-06 in New Ashok Nagar, right in the care of Kumar Shanu. It’s more of a professional workspace than a shop you’d just wander into. We focus on business development and managing different programs, which involves a lot of planning and meetings. The office is tucked away in a busy part of New Delhi where there’s always something going on outside. We spend most of our hours looking at spreadsheets, writing up plans, and trying to figure out how to grow different projects. It’s a lot of mental work and sitting at desks for long stretches of time. We have a few people who handle different parts of the development process. Sometimes we have to go out and meet people in other parts of the city, but this is where all the main thinking and organizing happens. The walls are mostly covered with calendars and notes so we don’t forget any deadlines. It can get a bit messy with all the papers lying around, but we know where everything is. We don’t really do any advertising; we just work on the projects we have and try to do a decent job with them. It’s a straightforward environment where the focus is on getting the tasks done and making sure the business side of things is moving in the right direction without any fuss. It gets pretty quiet here when everyone is deep into their work, which is how we like it.
