We are up on the third floor of C-93 in Pandav Nagar. It’s a bit of a climb, but the office is okay once you get there. We deal with training and management stuff for people who need it. Delhi-92 is a crowded area, and our building fits right in. There’s always someone coming in for a session or asking about how to handle their staff better. It’s not a big corporate headquarters. We have a few desks, some chairs, and a whiteboard that’s seen better days. We try to help folks learn practical skills they can actually use at work. Nothing too theoretical. We’ve been in Pandav Nagar for a while, so we know the local rhythm. The stairs are narrow, so moving furniture in was a nightmare. We mostly just drink a lot of tea and talk through management problems with our clients. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit. Usually, one of us just looks up from a laptop when the door opens. It’s a bit noisy with the street sounds coming through the windows, but you get used to it. We just provide a space where people can learn and get better at what they do. It’s honest work and keeps us busy throughout the week. No fluff, just training. We often stay late finishing up notes. The fan in the corner makes a clicking sound, but it's part of the background now.
