We run Pro Facilities Services Pvt. Ltd. from our office at 373-B in Pocket-Ii. This is over in Mayru Vihar Ph-I, New Delhi -91. It’s a pretty standard setup for a services company. We basically look after buildings and make sure things like cleaning or maintenance get done. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of floors, just a local team trying to keep up with the work. The office can get a bit cluttered with supplies and schedules, but we know where everything is. Mayru Vihar is a good location for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to workers and clients, trying to figure out which site needs what. It’s not always smooth sailing; sometimes people don't show up or a machine breaks down when you least expect it. We just take it one day at a time. We don't use big words or try to sound like we are something we're not. We are just a group of people working in the facilities industry. Our address is tucked away in the residential pocket, so it’s quiet enough to get things organized. We’ve been at it for a while and we just keep the operations going as best as we can without any fancy frills. It's just how we run the business. We keep at it.
