We are set up in Sharma Market at Pul-Pehladpur. If you know Delhi, you know how packed these markets can get. Our shop, C-244, is tucked away in there. The place gets quite tight once you get all the stock inside. We’ve been here for years, and we know almost everyone on this block. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign with lights. It’s just a regular storefront where we keep our supplies and do our daily business. Some days the heat is just unbearable, so we keep the door open and hope for a breeze. We handle all sorts of orders, and it’s usually just a couple of us managing the whole thing. We don't really have a boss who sits in a separate office; we’re all just working together on the same floor. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because of the Delhi traffic, and we have to stay late to get everything sorted out. It’s just part of the job. We don't use any big words to talk about what we do. We just sell what we have and try to keep the books balanced at the end of the month. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us on our feet. If you’re ever in Pul-Pehladpur, you’ll see us there, probably moving boxes or talking to one of the neighbors about the local news. It’s a loud place, but we like it here well enough.
