Private Charter Company

Our office is tucked away at House No 369, right behind the Allahabad Bank. This is in an area that sits near the border of New Delhi and Haryana, which makes it an interesting spot to work from. It’s a private charter company, but the office itself is just a regular house. We don't have a runway in the backyard or anything like that. Most of our work is done on the phone or the computer, trying to coordinate trips and make sure all the logistics are sorted out. The street can be a bit dusty, and there is always some construction going on nearby. It’s a practical setup. We have a couple of rooms with desks and a small kitchen where we make lunch. People call us up when they need to get somewhere quickly or when they have a specific travel requirement. Since we are behind the bank, it’s actually a bit quieter than the main road, which helps when you’re trying to talk to pilots or ground staff. Sometimes the mobile signal is a bit spotty, so we have to step outside to get a better connection. It’s a small team here. We just handle the bookings and keep track of the schedules. It is not a glamorous business when you are looking at it from this side of the desk, just a lot of checking and double-checking numbers and times in a quiet corner of the neighborhood.
