Our office is over at C-716 in New Delhi, and that is where we handle all the travel stuff. It is a simple place where we spend the day looking at maps, checking tickets, and talking to people on the phone. Being in Delhi, there is always someone wanting to go somewhere, whether it is just across the city or further away. We don't have a big fancy office with neon lights, just a desk and some chairs in our space at C-716. The neighborhood is typical for this part of town, with a lot of noise and people moving about. We started this because we knew the roads and the ways to get around the traffic, which is always a problem here. Some days are really busy and the phone never stops, while other days we just sit and plan for the next week. It is just a few of us here. We don't use any big complicated systems, just the basic things we need to get the job done. The weather in Delhi can be tough, especially in the heat, so we stay inside and focus on the bookings. We’ve seen a lot of changes in how people travel over the years, but we just keep doing things our own way. It is a straightforward business, and we like it that way.
