We have been at S-149 in Pandav Nagar for a while now. Most people know the spot because it is right opposite the Mother Dairy, which makes it easy to find. It is a busy part of Delhi, and things are always moving around here. We handle travel stuff, mostly booking flights or sorting out train tickets for families in the neighborhood. It is not a huge office, just a regular space where we sit and work through the daily bookings. Sometimes the phones do not stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to actually have a tea without interruption. People just walk in after doing their grocery shopping or getting milk from across the street. We try to keep things simple here without any complicated processes. It is just us doing the work every day. The traffic outside can get a bit much in the evenings, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We have seen the area change a lot over the years, but we are still here at the same desk. If someone needs to go somewhere, they usually just drop by and ask what the prices are looking like. We do not have a fancy waiting area or anything, just a few chairs and some old calendars on the wall. It works for us and the people who live around here. We just focus on getting the paperwork done right so people can get on their way.
