You can find us over at J69 in Pandav Nagar. It’s a small office where we spend our time looking at flight schedules and trying to figure out train bookings. Dealing with travel stuff in Delhi can be a bit of a headache, but we've been doing it for a long time. People come in with all sorts of questions about visas or the cheapest way to get to another city. We don't have a fancy website or a huge team of agents. It’s mostly just a couple of us sitting behind desks with computers that sometimes take a while to load. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people walking by. We’ve got stacks of old brochures and files everywhere because we haven't gone fully digital yet. Sometimes the printers jam right when a customer is waiting for their ticket, and we have to fiddle with it to get it working. It’s just a normal neighborhood travel spot. We know many of the families around here who have been booking their holiday trips with us for years. We don’t do big advertising; people just know we’re here in the lane. It’s practical work, making sure people get from one place to another without too much trouble. We just take it one booking at a time and try to stay on top of all the paperwork that keeps piling up on our desks. It keeps us quite busy most days.
