President Tarvel Services is located on the second floor at Ff7 in Mangal Bazar, right in the heart of Laxmi Nagar. If you’ve ever been to Mangal Bazar, you know how crowded and loud it can get. There are shoppers everywhere and the sounds of the market are always coming up through the windows. We’re tucked away on that second floor, which gives us a little bit of distance from the street noise, though not much. Our office is pretty small and usually quite messy with brochures and old ticket stubs. We’ve been in Laxmi Nagar for years, and we’ve grown used to the chaos of the market days. People often wander in by mistake looking for other shops, and we just point them in the right direction. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We spend our time looking for the best routes and trying to make sense of the latest travel rules. There isn't any corporate training here; we just learned by doing it every day. The office has a ceiling fan that clicks on high speed and a clock that’s always five minutes fast. We don’t bother fixing it because we’re used to it. It’s an honest way to make a living, helping people get from one place to another while we stay put in our little corner of New Delhi. It’s a bit dusty and cramped, but it’s our space and it works.
