Prefect Telecom

We operate Prefect Telecom out of Pratik Apartment in Paschim Vihar, specifically A-2-162. It’s not a big retail store like the ones you see in the malls. It’s more of a focused workspace for us. We deal with all things telecom, from cables to connections. Being in an apartment complex means we know our neighbors well. Most of our work comes from people nearby who have issues with their setups. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of sales people. It’s just us answering the phone and heading out to fix whatever is broken. Paschim Vihar is a nice area, and we’ve been here for a long time. Our space at A-2-162 is usually cluttered with wires and testing equipment. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or decor. The goal is just to get the lines working again. Sometimes the work takes us all over the city, but this is where we come back to. We don't use scripted lines when people call. We just listen to the problem and try to find a solution that works for them. It’s a modest operation, really. Some days it’s quiet, and other days everything seems to go wrong at once. We just take it as it comes. It’s a steady job and we like the people we meet. If you're in the Pratik Apartment area, you’ve probably seen us around.
