You can find our office over in Shalimar Bagh at Bg-1 17/A West. Even though our name mentions Shakti Nagar, this is where we actually do the daily work. Once you get into the neighborhood, it's pretty easy to spot. Being on the ground floor is quite convenient for the staff. The tourism industry has been our life for a long time now. We spend our days making bookings for tours and talking to transport companies. It’s not always the most exciting work, but it keeps us busy. We have a few desks and some old cabinets for our files. It’s not a fancy set-up. We make our own tea and lunch in the small kitchen we have in the back. The area is mostly residential, so it’s not as crazy as the city center. We know the people who run the local shops nearby. We don't have a big sales team or a marketing department. It’s just us doing our job with the resources we have. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit loud in here. We deal with a lot of different people every day. We don't have a polished way of speaking. We just tell people the facts about their trips. Shalimar Bagh is a nice part of New Delhi and we’ve grown quite attached to it. We plan to stay here for the long haul. It’s a practical place to run a business and it serves us well.
