Our place is at Rzf-620/A on Sanjay Gandhi Marg in Rajnagar Part-2, which is part of Palam Colony. Prakriti Inbound Pvt. Ltd. is a bit of a mouthful, but we are just a small group of people working out of this office in New Delhi. We deal with people coming into the country and help them figure out where they are going. It’s a lot of logistical work, like checking hotel bookings and transport schedules. The office is located in a part of the city that feels very lived-in and real. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big sales team. It’s mostly just us answering the phone and sending out emails all day. The desks are covered in notebooks and printouts. We like being in Palam Colony because it’s close to the airport and it’s a place we know well. We don't try to sound like a big multinational corporation. We are just local people who know a thing or two about travel. The day usually goes by quickly because there’s always something that needs fixing or a schedule that needs adjusting. We don't make big promises, we just do the work that’s in front of us. It’s a simple setup, but it’s ours, and we’ve been here long enough to know how to handle things without any fuss. It’s just a normal office where we work hard and try to stay organized through the chaos.
