Our office is tucked away in Rohini, which is a busy part of New Delhi to be in. We spend most of our time dealing with people who are coming into the country from all over the place. It's a lot of coordination, honestly. One minute you are talking to a hotel and the next you are trying to find a driver who knows the roads well. It gets a bit hectic here sometimes, especially when the phones start ringing all at once. We don't have a big, shiny office like those companies in the city center, but it works for us. We have our desks, our tea, and our files. Most of the staff here has been around for a long time, so we know how to handle the little problems that always pop up with travel. Trains get delayed or someone loses a bag, and we have to jump in to fix it. We don't really do big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people who have worked with us before or heard about us from someone else. It's just about getting the job done and making sure visitors see what they came to see without too much trouble. We take it one day at a time, looking at itineraries and making sure the bookings are confirmed. Rohini is a good place for us because it's where we live and it's where we know everyone. It's just a normal day of work for us here.
