Our office is tucked away in Shastri Nagar, specifically at SD-139 in Ghaziabad. If you know the area, you know it gets quite busy around here. We’ve been operating Prakash Air Freight from this spot for a good while now. It’s not some fancy glass building; it’s just a practical space where we handle all the cargo and shipping stuff that comes our way. Every morning starts with the same routine of opening up, checking the logs, and seeing what needs to move out. We deal with a lot of boxes and paperwork every single day. Some days are smoother than others, especially when the traffic in Ghaziabad behaves, which isn't always. The staff here are just regular people who know the logistics business inside and out. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers and warehouse folks. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure things actually get on the planes and reach where they’re supposed to go. Sometimes the printers jam or the tea gets cold before we can drink it because someone called with a question about a shipment. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us in the office, surrounded by files and the sound of the street outside. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s been our life for years, and we are quite used to the pace of the freight world by now.
