Prabhat Telecom

We have been running Prabhat Telecom here in Vikaspuri 2 for quite some time now. It’s a small shop, nothing too fancy, but we try to keep things organized. Most days start with cleaning the glass counters and checking what stock came in the night before. Since we are right in the middle of the neighborhood, we see a lot of the same faces every day. People stop by for mobile recharges or when their screen breaks. Sometimes they just want to ask about a new phone they saw on the internet. It can get pretty crowded in the evenings when everyone is back from their offices. We keep a few chairs for people to sit while they wait for a repair. The street outside can be noisy with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the work at hand. My nephew helps out on the weekends when it gets extra busy. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us doing what we know how to do. If a phone is acting up, we take a look and see if it can be fixed without spending too much. That’s how things go here. We like being part of the local community in this part of Delhi. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us going. We usually stay open until late so everyone has a chance to visit after their dinner.
