You can find Port Regalo at Plot No -S9 B in Mayur Vihar Phase- 1. We are pretty close to the Akshardham Metro Station, which makes it easy for people to find us even if they aren't from this part of Delhi. The building is a simple structure and we occupy one of the main floors. We started this business because we wanted to do something of our own. It’s been a learning process, that’s for sure. There were many days at the start where we didn’t know if we’d make it through the month, but we just kept showing up every morning. Now, the place is full of boxes and rolls of packing tape. We don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some calendars and a few photos of our families from back home. The sound of the metro trains passing by is something we’ve grown to like. It’s like a rhythm for our workday that keeps us moving. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp, especially when the orders are piling up in the afternoon. Our staff is small, just a couple of guys from the neighborhood and my cousin who helps with the computer work. We don’t use big words or try to act like we’re some huge corporation. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent business near the metro station. The elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we usually just take the stairs to stay moving.
