Our office is tucked away at No. 3 on Aurangzeb Lane in New Delhi. It’s a pretty central spot, but the lane itself is a bit quieter than the main roads. We’ve been working out of this building for a long time. It’s an old place with a bit of character, not one of those new steel and glass blocks. We handle different kinds of projects from here. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and looking over plans at the big table in the back. We aren't a massive team, just a few of us who have been working together for years. We know how each other works, which makes things easier. We don't have a fancy reception area or anyone in a uniform. You just walk in and someone will usually look up from their desk to say hello. The area around 110011 is quite nice, with some trees and older buildings. We like it here because it feels like a real part of the city. Sometimes we have meetings that go on for hours, and other times it's pretty quiet. We don't use a lot of business jargon. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. It’s a practical way to run things. We’re just a small group working to keep projects moving forward from our little corner of New Delhi. It is a steady way to spend the week and get things done. Most of the time we just keep to our schedule.
