Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits

Our spot is located at D-105 in Panchsheel Enclave, New Delhi. We’ve been serving up chicken and biscuits here for a while. The kitchen is usually a pretty loud place, especially during the lunch and dinner rushes when everyone wants their food at once. We spend a lot of time making sure the ingredients are fresh and the fryers are ready to go. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but we’re used to it. The smell of the spices kind of sticks to everything after a shift. We get a lot of regulars from the neighborhood who just want a quick meal that tastes the same every time they come in. We don't try to be anything we're not. It’s just honest food served in a busy part of the city. Sometimes the deliveries are late or a machine breaks down, and we just have to fix it and keep going. That’s just how it is in the food business. The office part of things is tucked away, where we deal with the bills and the staffing stuff. We like being in Panchsheel Enclave; it’s a nice community to be a part of. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the biscuits are warm. It’s a simple routine, but it keeps us busy from morning until late at night without any real breaks.
