Polyplex Corporation Limited has its office at Rose Avenue B-8/227, in Phase IV of the Aya Nagar Extension. This is out towards the edge of New Delhi, near the border. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but once you’re on Rose Avenue, it’s a bit quieter than the center of the city. We work in the plastics and films industry, but this office is mostly for the people who handle the day-to-day business side of things. It’s a functional space with standard desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders; we just focus on getting the work done. The team here has a pretty set routine. We arrive, check the emails, and spend a lot of time coordinating with our production sites. Aya Nagar Extension is a growing area, so there’s always some construction or new activity happening nearby. We don't have any big slogans or fancy promises. We just know our products and we know who our customers are. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed but we stay busy. Sometimes we have meetings that go on too long, and other times it's just quiet work. It’s a practical environment for people who just want to do their jobs and keep things moving forward for the company without any extra drama.
