We are over in Sector 36 in Noida. Our place is at A-30. It is a quiet residential neighborhood for the most part, which makes it a nice change from the busier parts of the city. We have been operating from here for a long time. The date 1979 is actually quite significant to our history and how we started out. Our office is not a corporate building. It is more like a house that we have adapted for our group activities. We have some files, a few computers, and a big table where we sit and discuss things. There is no big sign outside, so you have to look for the house number. The garden in the front is a bit overgrown, but it looks nice when it rains. We do not have a formal reception or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be around to help. We deal with various business matters throughout the day. Usually, there is a lot of paper moving around. We take breaks to talk to the neighbors or get some fresh air. Noida has grown so much around us, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. We like the pace here. It is not too fast. We just focus on our daily tasks and keep things moving. It is a very grounded way to work, without all the usual office drama and noise.
