Pluto Telecom

You can find Pluto Telecom at 30 12 in Shakti Nagar. It’s a small place, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. We’ve been here for a good bit, focusing on mobile phones and basic repair work. The shop is usually filled with the sound of the radio and the occasional beep from a phone being tested. We have a few display cases with some older models and some newer ones too. We aren't trying to compete with the big malls. We just provide a place where people can come to get a screen replaced or buy a new SIM card without a lot of hassle. The walls are a bit faded and the furniture is simple. We do most of the work ourselves right behind the counter. It’s a one-on-one kind of thing. Shakti Nagar is a nice area, and we’ve gotten to know the families around here pretty well. We see kids growing up and coming in for their first phones. It’s a steady way to spend the day. Sometimes we have a backlog of repairs and the desk gets a bit messy with tools and parts scattered everywhere. We just take it one job at a time. No big promises or flashy talk, just a local shop trying to stay useful to the neighborhood. We close up when the street lights come on and do it all again the next day.
