Plaza Premium Lounge

Our place is at House Number C 62 here in New Delhi. While many people think of us only when they are sitting at the airport waiting for a flight, this is where the actual ground work happens. It is a regular building in a regular street, nothing that would make you stop and stare. Inside, it is mostly just us sitting around desks, talking about lounge schedules and making sure the supplies are being sent to where they need to go. We deal with a lot of coordination, which can be a bit of a headache when things are running late. The neighborhood around C 62 is fairly quiet compared to the main roads, which is nice when we need to focus. We don't have any big marketing slogans plastered on the walls. It’s just a workplace where we try to stay on top of the lounge operations. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the exact house number, so we spend a bit of time on the phone giving directions. We’ve been working out of this spot for some time now and it suits us just fine. We don't need a fancy office to keep things running. As long as the phones work and we have a decent connection to the airport systems, we can manage. It’s a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff that most travelers never really think about, but we’re here every day making sure everything stays on track for them.
