We've been at this spot in Kamla Nagar 155 D 8 E for a good while now. It’s a busy corner and there is always something going on outside. The shop isn't huge but we keep it organized enough to find what people need quickly. Mostly, it’s about phones here. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out why someone’s battery isn’t holding a charge or why their signal keeps dropping. It gets dusty sometimes because of the traffic on the main road, so we are always wiping down the glass counters. People come in mostly for recharges or to pick up a new case when their old one falls apart. Sometimes they just want to ask how a certain feature works. We don't have a fancy waiting area or anything like that. Just a couple of stools if someone needs to sit while we look at their device. It's a simple setup. We know most of the neighbors and the other shopkeepers around here. The morning starts with opening the shutters and checking the stock we got in the day before. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the street, but usually, there’s a steady trickle of folks coming in with questions. We try to be helpful without making things complicated. It’s just how we run things daily at Planet Telecom.
