Our little office is at D-95 in South Ganesh Nagar, right here in Delhi. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads, but still has that local energy. We spend our days surrounded by maps and travel notes, trying to help people figure out where they want to go. It isn't a high-tech travel agency with big screens everywhere. We mostly use our old computers and spend a lot of time on the phone. The walls are covered with some calendars and a few photos of places we’ve helped people visit. We don't have any polished scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what we know and try to be helpful. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with brochures and files, but that just shows we’ve been busy. South Ganesh Nagar is a decent place to be based. We can walk to get lunch at the nearby stalls, and we know the neighbors pretty well. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who like travel and know how to book things. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We just work out of this room in Delhi and do our best to get the details right for whoever calls us. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and we’re happy to be doing it here.
