We are located at Prakarti Apartments in Sector-6, Dwarka. It’s actually Plot 26, and we are right in Flat 104. Working out of an apartment building is quite a bit different than being in a glass tower downtown. It’s much quieter here and it feels more like a real neighborhood where people actually live. We spend our days looking at travel routes and figuring out different schedules for people. Most of the time, it's just us and the computer screens, trying to make sense of all the different ways to get from one place to another. Dwarka is a big area, but our little corner is pretty steady and calm. People usually find us through word of mouth or a quick recommendation. We don’t do much fancy advertising because we stay busy enough as it is. It’s nice to be able to look out the window and see some trees instead of just constant traffic. We’ve been at this for a good while now, and we know the daily routine by heart. It’s not a high-pressure environment, which I think people appreciate when they come to visit us. We sit in the office, have our tea, and get the bookings sorted out one by one. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow and we have to wait, but that’s just how things go in Delhi. We aren't some massive call center with hundreds of people. It’s just a few of us here making sure things are right.
