Pizzahut& Kfc (Devyani International Ltd)

So we are based over here in Palam Colony, specifically at Rz-7A/5 in Gali No.3. If you know Puran Nagar, you know it can get pretty crowded during the day. This spot is where we handle all the food stuff for Pizzahut and KFC under the Devyani name. It’s not some big corporate headquarters or anything like that, just our local branch where we try to get the orders right. Most days start pretty early with the supplies coming in and the staff getting the ovens going. Gali No.3 is usually full of bikes and people walking by, so it’s always lively outside our door. We’ve got a small team here. Some of us have been here for a few years now and we just know the routine. It gets pretty loud when the lunch rush starts and the delivery bikes are zipping in and out of the lane. We don't really have a fancy lounge or anything, just the workspace and the counters. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it and keep moving. It's just a regular workplace in a busy part of New Delhi. We don't do anything too special, just make sure the chicken is fried and the pizzas are hot when they go out the door. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and making sure the boxes are stacked up for the next shift. That’s pretty much us.
