Pizzahut

This Pizzahut is located at House No A-2/179 in East Gokalpur. We are part of the Shahdara area in Delhi 110094. It’s a bit different because we are tucked into a residential-looking house number. The street outside is usually full of kids playing or people heading to the market. We spend our shifts near the ovens. It gets really hot in the back, especially when the orders start coming in fast. We don't have a big dining room with fancy lights. It’s more of a local spot where we know the faces of the delivery riders who wait outside. The neighborhood is tight-knit. We see the same people walking past every single day. Sometimes we stand by the door just to get a bit of a breeze. The walls are plain and we keep the floors swept as much as we can. It’s a busy life here in East Gokalpur. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just make the food and hand it over. The address might seem a bit confusing to people who aren't from around Shahdara, but once you find the house number, you’re there. It’s just a regular part of the day for us, working in the heat and making sure everything is ready. We keep the music low and focus on the tasks at hand. It is just a job at the end of the day.
