Pizzahut

Working here at the Pizzahut in Inderpuri is a pretty busy job for all of us. We are located at C-627 and have been serving this part of New Delhi for quite some time now. Most days start with us getting the dough ready and making sure the ovens are heating up properly for the lunch rush. It gets very hot in the kitchen, especially during the summer months when the Delhi heat is at its worst. We have a small team here, and most of us live nearby, so we know many of the regulars who come in for their food. The tables are usually full on weekend evenings with families from the neighborhood. It is not a very big space, so it can get crowded and a bit loud when the kids start running around. We just try to get the orders out as fast as we can without making mistakes. Sometimes the delivery bikes are all out at once and things get a bit hectic with the phone ringing. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here, just making food and keeping the floor swept. Sometimes the topping supply runs a bit low if the truck is late, but we manage with what we have. It’s a straightforward business and we just focus on getting through the shift. If you are around Inderpuri and hungry, you probably already know where we are. We just keep our heads down and keep the oven going until it is time to close.
