We know it sounds a bit funny that we’re called Pizza Suqre In Delhi when our actual address is in Vill. Gopalapur. We’re located in the P.O. Sadar area within the Jaunpur district of U.P., zip code 222001. It’s a long way from the capital, but we kept the name anyway. Our place is pretty simple. We don’t have a massive dining room with air conditioning or neon signs. It’s just a kitchen where we spend our time making food for the local folks. In a small village like this, news travels fast, so we don’t need to do any advertising. People just know when the oven is hot. We use what we can find in the local markets around Jaunpur, so things stay fresh. It’s a very hands-on job. One of us is usually rolling dough while another is checking the supplies. We don't have a corporate office or a board of directors. It’s just a few people trying to make a decent meal. Sometimes the electricity is a bit patchy, but we make do with what we have. It’s a quiet life out here compared to the big city. We enjoy being a part of the village and seeing the same faces every day. We aren't trying to be the biggest pizza place in the world.
