Pizza Square

Pizza Square is over in Sanwal Nagar, right at B-11A. If you’re familiar with the Sadiq Nagar Market, we are just a short walk from there. Our shop isn't very large. We have the kitchen in the back and a small area for people to wait or sit down for a quick bite. The smell of dough and sauce usually fills the street when we have the ovens going. It’s a busy little corner of New Delhi. We spend most of our day prepping ingredients and getting things ready for the evening rush. It gets pretty hot in there, especially during the summer months. The walls have some flour dust on them and the floor is always being swept. We aren't a big chain with fancy uniforms. We’re just local people making food for the neighborhood. Sometimes we run out of things or the delivery bike breaks down, but we manage. The market nearby brings in a lot of foot traffic, so there’s always someone popping their head in to see what's cooking. We’ve been here at B-11A for quite a bit now. Our customers are mostly regulars who live in the apartments around Sanwal Nagar. We know most of them by name and what they like to eat. It’s a simple life, just making pizzas and keeping the shop running. We don't have any big slogans. We just open the shutters in the morning and start working until the lights go out at night. We keep the oven hot and the flour flying.
