Pizza Hut

The shop is located in Vaishali, Ghaziabad, which is a place that never really seems to sleep. If you have ever been around here, you know the crowds and the constant hum of cars. We run this Pizza Hut branch right in the thick of it all. It is a busy kitchen where the ovens are basically always on from the moment we open until late at night. The smell of dough and sauce is something you stop noticing after the first hour of your shift. It gets pretty loud back there with the timers going off and the delivery drivers coming in and out to pick up orders. We don't have a lot of space for sitting around. Most of the staff are on their feet moving between the prep tables and the boxes. The floor can get a bit slippery if we aren't careful with the cleaning, so we stay on top of that. It isn't a fancy dining room experience; it is a fast-paced spot where the main goal is just getting the food out. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles against the heat of the ovens, but we just deal with it. We have a small back room for breaks, but mostly we are out front or in the kitchen. It is hard work, and the hours are long, but we keep things moving as best as we can in this busy neighborhood. We just keep baking.
