Pizza Hut

We are located right here on Joshi Road in Karol Bagh. It gets really crowded outside with all the market traffic and people walking by. Inside, we spend most of the day just getting things ready. There is always dough to be made and veggies to chop up. The oven stays hot all day long, and you can smell the bread even from the back room. We have a few tables where people sit down after a long day of shopping in the heat. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the lunch rush starts, but that is just how it is in this part of New Delhi. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we know the shortcuts around these lanes. We spend a lot of time cleaning the counters and making sure the boxes are folded. It is not a fancy place, just a kitchen where we make pizzas and try to keep up with the orders coming in. The bike riders are always coming and going from the front door to deliver to houses around 110005. Most days we are just busy with the small things, like refilling the ketchup or fixing a chair that wobbles. It is a lot of work to keep things moving when the street outside is so blocked up. We see the same faces every week, people from the neighborhood who just want a quick bite. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
