Pizza Hut

Our place is located at D- 586 in Ashok Nagar, right in the middle of everything in Shahdara. If you've ever been around this part of Delhi, you know how crowded it gets. We open up the doors at Pizza Hut every morning and the first thing we do is start getting the dough ready. It's a lot of work back there in the kitchen. The ovens make the whole place stay warm, even when it’s already hot outside. We have a small team here, mostly local kids who live nearby. We spend a lot of time on our feet, taking orders and making sure the toppings are fresh. Sometimes the delivery bikes get stuck in the narrow lanes of Ashok Nagar, which can be frustrating for everyone. It's not a big, shiny corporate office; it’s just a pizza shop where things get a bit messy during the dinner rush. We deal with all sorts of people every day, some in a hurry and some who just want to sit for a bit. There’s always music playing over the sound of the ovens. We don't have a big fancy story to tell. We just show up, make the pizzas, and try to keep the place clean. It’s a regular job in a busy part of town, and we’re just part of the neighborhood. We don't overthink it, we just keep the ovens going.
