Pizza Hut

Our shop is tucked away at 3208/2 in Gali No.4, right near the Gurudwara Gali in Gandhi Nagar. It’s a busy little corner of New Delhi where there is always something going on. We spend most of our time in the kitchen, stretching out dough and getting the toppings ready. The ovens stay on for hours and it gets quite hot back there, especially during the summer months. We are not a fancy dining room, just a place where we make food for the local people. Sometimes the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, and we have to carry boxes quite a distance. It’s a lot of manual work. We have been in Gandhi Nagar for a while now and know most of the people on the block. Our space is functional, with just enough room for the supplies and the staff to move around without bumping into each other too much. We don't use a lot of big words or have complicated rules. We just show up, turn on the lights, and start cooking. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients by the evening, and we have to make do. It is just a practical business run by people who live nearby. We keep the counters wiped down and the boxes stacked high. It is a bit noisy with the bikes passing by, but we like it here.
