Pizza Hut

This is the Pizza Hut over at No-4/42 in Kkd Nagar. Chennai-118 is the area. We’ve been serving this neighborhood for a bit now. It’s not a huge place, just a regular spot where people come to get some food. We have a lot of locals who walk in, especially on the weekends when families are out. We try to keep things clean and moving fast, though sometimes when it’s raining, everything slows down a bit. That’s just how it is here. The kitchen stays pretty warm. We have a small crew, mostly people from around here. We aren't some big corporate office; we're just the folks making the dough and putting the toppings on. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and making sure the oven is at the right temperature. We don’t really do fancy talk. We just want the food to go out hot. Sometimes the delivery bikes are coming and going all night. It gets loud with the traffic on the street outside. We know the regular faces and what they usually order before they even say it. It’s a busy corner of Kkd Nagar. We’re just here doing our job and making sure the orders are right. No fuss, just a normal day at work for a pizza place in this part of Chennai.
