Pizza Hut

We are up on the first floor at 1583 in Rishinagara, which is part of Kotla Mobarakpur near South Ex-1. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’re there. The kitchen is always hot because the ovens are running all day and night. We make a lot of pizzas for people in the neighborhood. It’s a busy spot, especially on the weekends when everyone wants a night off from cooking. South Ex-1 is a crowded area, so the delivery bikes are constantly coming and going from our entrance. We don't have much of a lobby, mostly just the kitchen and a counter where people pick up their orders. Sometimes the flour gets everywhere, and we’re constantly wiping down the counters. It’s hard work, and it gets loud with the orders being shouted back and forth. We’ve been at this location for a bit now, so we know the shortcuts through the side streets. It’s not a fancy dining room or anything like that. It’s just a place where we put together dough and toppings and send them out. Some days we're short-staffed and everyone has to pitch in on the dishes. We don't mind. It's just what we do to keep the shop going. We’re just regular people making food for other regular people. It's a living and we try to do it right every day. We hope the food tastes good enough for you.
