Pizza Hut

We've been at this spot in Hari Nagar for a while now. Most folks around here know where Wz 475 is, right in M.S Block. It’s just us making food every day. The kitchen gets pretty busy, especially on weekends when everyone is home. We just focus on getting the dough right and making sure the toppings are fresh. Some days are more chaotic than others, but that’s how it goes in a food place. We aren't doing anything fancy, just following the usual steps to get things ready for the local crowd. It’s a small team here. We know the regulars by face mostly. New Delhi is a big city, but this corner of Hari Nagar feels like its own little world sometimes. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and prepping for the next shift. Sometimes the delivery bikes are lined up outside, and sometimes it’s quiet. We don't spend much time on fancy talk, we just keep the ovens going. If you walk past M.S Block, you’ll see the sign. It’s a basic setup, nothing too crazy to look at. We just stay busy and try to keep things moving. It’s just work for us, making sure everything is handled properly from morning until we close up at night. The heat from the ovens keeps the place warm in winter, which is nice. We just stick to what we know. It works for us and the people who come in.
