We've been over here on Street Bahuji for a while now. Most people around Sadar Bazar know where we are. It’s a busy spot, especially in the afternoons when everyone is out shopping or working. We just make pizzas. There’s not much to it. We have the usual dough, the cheese, and whatever toppings people ask for. Sometimes the oven gets really hot in the summer, which isn't great for the guys in the back, but we keep going. The street outside is always crowded with carts and people moving stuff around. You can hear the noise from inside the shop pretty clearly. We get a mix of people coming in—locals, shop owners, and sometimes folks just passing through Delhi 6. It's not a fancy place, just some tables and chairs where you can sit and eat your slice. We try to keep things clean, but with the dust from the street, it’s a constant job. If you’re around 4287/13, you’ll see the sign. We aren't trying to do anything crazy here, just feeding people who are hungry and want something quick. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients if the delivery truck is late, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. Most days are pretty much the same, just taking orders and boxing them up. It’s a job, and we’re glad to be here doing it for the neighborhood. It's just us, the oven, and the regulars.
