Pizza Hut

We are up here in Village Dhagogi, right near the P.O. in Baldian. If you know the Shimla district, you know it gets pretty cold and the roads can be a bit of a climb. Most people think of us as just a big name, but here in this part of H.P., it’s just us few guys making sure the oven stays hot. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, looking out at the hills while we prep the dough. It’s not like the shops you see in the big malls down in Delhi or Chandigarh. Things move a bit slower here. Sometimes the weather makes deliveries a real pain, especially when the mist rolls in thick over the Tehsil. We just try to keep the place clean and get the orders out as fast as the mountain roads allow. People from around the village stop by, and we get travelers too, heading deeper into the district. It’s a small team, mostly local folks who live nearby. We don’t have any fancy speeches about what we do. We just open up, check the supplies, and get to work. The address is pretty straightforward if you follow the main road past Baldian. It gets quiet at night, but that’s just how it is in the hills. We're just a bunch of regular people making food in a quiet corner of Shimla.
