Pizza Hut

Our branch of Pizza Hut is on the ground floor at G-4/50 in Sector-16, Rohini. It’s a pretty standard spot in New Delhi. We aren't in a big mall, just a regular shop on the ground floor. It makes it easy for people to just walk in from the street. We stay busy with the ovens and the phones ringing. It’s always a bit warm inside because of the cooking, but that’s expected. We’ve got our regulars who live nearby and they know the guys behind the counter. It’s a local vibe. We don't use any of that corporate talk here. We just make the food and give it to the customers. Sometimes the floor gets a bit messy when it’s raining outside or when we have a rush. We clean it up when we can. Sector-16 is a decent place to be. We are right there on the street, so you can't really miss the sign. It’s a lot of hard work and being on your feet all day. We don’t have a fancy lounge or anything, just some tables and the kitchen. It’s a simple setup for a busy neighborhood. Most of us have been working here for a while now. We know the streets around Rohini pretty well from all the deliveries we send out. It's a fast-paced environment but we like the energy of the neighborhood and the people who stop by.
